Company Profile

The Company is the largest sports and athleisure footwear brand in India in terms of value and volume in Fiscal 2021. It is a lifestyle-oriented sports and athleisure footwear company that offers a diverse product portfolio for the entire family - offering multiple choices across styles, color palettes, price points and an attractive product value proposition. The Company introduced the brand ‘CAMPUS’ in the year 2005.

The Company had an approximately 17% market share in the branded sports and athleisure footwear industry in India by value for Fiscal 2021. It covers more than 85% of the total addressable market for sports and athleisure footwear in India as of Fiscal 2021, which is the largest market coverage amongst key sports and athleisure footwear brands. The Company has in-house design team comprising 48 designers based out of India, as on December 31, 2021. It's product portfolio includes 1,433 active styles for men, 241 active styles for women and 485 active styles for kids and children as on December 31, 2021.

The Company has pan-India distribution network with over 425 distributors and 19,200 retailers in 664 cities accross 28 states. The company owns and operates 5 manufacturing facilities across India with an installed annual capacity for assembly of 28.80 million pairs as on December 31, 2021.
